We were a party of four. We went to the Bob Evans at 3988 E Broad St.
Columbus, OH 43213 on 2/12/18 at 6:30 p.m. We were approximately 45 minutes getting our food. While we were waiting two meals, which were sausage gravy and biscuits, sat under the heat lamps for 15 minutes while the two burger meals were being prepared. Not one of our meals were hot, coffee was barely warm, had to ask for side salad after meals were served, server took glasses to refill and didn’t bring all of our drinks back, server barely checked on us while we were there, had empty glasses and couldn’t get servers attention to get refills and while server was taking our order her cell phone was ringing.
Truly upset and disappointed with the entire experience. Definitely not worth $47. Our receipt #30099. Our server was Shanea.
