Had breakfast with my spouse; nice waitress took order. He had to wait an extremely long time to get our food.
The waitress pick up tray of food but accidentally dropped it onto the floor.
Waitress and manager apologized for the unfortunate incident but didn’t offer any restitution for our inconvenience. The waitress did offer to buy our coffee. Only after we complained to waitress did manager offer to take 1 breakfast off our bill.
Obviously this situation wasn’t our fault; we felt unappreciated as customers for being inconvenienced and not given 2 breakfasts free instead of one.
