I was at a location and ordered a couple of items "to-go" . I signed at the register.
I did not look at the bottom total until later that night. The person at the register put a tip of over $500 on a $16 tab. I spoke to the manager after i got home and realized what had been done. She did not call me back the next day as promised so I called her.
She said she "left a message" and no one had returned it.
Mind you, it was 10pm at night and obviously there was no follow up on the message left for her staff. Still trying to get the issue resolved.
