My husband and I just had breakfast at Bob Evans. Never again.
I asked for hot tea and the waitress brought me Earl Grey. When I asked if there was a different tea she said that was the only one served now. Have you ever tasted that tea. It is like drinking liquid moth balls.
What restaurant does not have several teas to pick from. Obviously you cater to coffee drinkers. My husband's cup was refilled several times. I had to pay for tea I could not even drink.
Had to ask for orange juice to have something to drink with my food.
We will never eat at your restaurant again. Poor customer relations is what I see.
