Had breakfast at Bob Evans Restaurant, Monroe, MI, 48162, on Monday, June 18, 2018.

Ordered sausage patties with my breakfast and they were burned to a point that I could not eat them. My wife ordered hotcakes with her breakfast and they were still liquid batter in the middle and she could not eat them.

The waitress offered her apology, but did not offer to replace the items with something we could eat. Considering the restaurant was not very busy, it took over 30 minutes for us to get the breakfast to begin with.

This location need better management.

Why do you require 100 words to tell what is wrong? If the point is made in five words, why require more?

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $9.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Ever since Bob Evans franchised their restaurants, the quality and quantity of their food has become unbearable. Not to mention that the menu has fewer choices.

The high quality of their customer service has also degraded. So sad
