Bob Evans Restaurants in Noblesville, Indiana - Worst experience that I ever had.

This is the 10th visit that we had at the Noblesville Indiana location (#445) at 12:00-12:41pm on 6/11/17. I must say I am extremely disappointed with all of our experiences, but this last visit was the last straw. The greeter/ Host Carol is very rude and has an attitude and is very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I thought the 1st visit she was having a bad day. But this is the tenth visit and she acts in the same manner as the 1st visit. I don't understand how you would want someone so rude to be the face of your company or the first person to greet you?? I personally never wanted to return after the 5th visit, but my husband love the eggs Benedict dish you serve. Why we put up with the rude host. As for our server Valerie, she did an excellent job food came out on time and drinks always filled and she check in on us often. I would give her a 10. It's a shame she has to work in a horrible environment and with unprofessional mangerment staff. After the check was dropped, I went to the check out counters that the always tell me to walk over since the 1st one is not used often I was told the last 3 visits and waited for 5 minutes to pay our bill. No one even asked me are you ready to check out or knowledge me. Until a server that was pouring a coffee asked if I needed help. I told her yes I needed to pay my bill (as the host Carol stood at the host stand) she told the cashier. She walked to one of the cashiers that was working in the window getting food ready and she looked over at me and said I will be with you in a minute Her name was Alaina. Sadly it wasn't a minute it was 3 on top of the 5 minutes I already waited before I was even Knowledged by the server. She then proceeds to say are you here for your pick up food. I told her no I been waiting to pay for my food since we dined in. She was apologetic. But that is not my issue, my issue is while I was waiting 3 other parties came up to the other side of the counter and they were checked out as I am still waiting to pay for my food. Never once did The host Carol asked me if I was picking up food or paying for a bill. After I was check out I walked over to Carol and told her you seen me over at that register waiting to pay. Why didn't you check me out? He rude response was Alaina said she would check me out??? She knew I wasn't picking up food since she just sat me 15 minutes prior and it wasn't busy at all. I then asked for the manager on duty. I forgot his name. I believe it started with an M. (He is an older gentleman that is stocky and short grey hair). He was not interested in anything I had to say about this visit or the past. He did say sorry once and that he would talk to Carol. His excuse to me was that they change the computer systems and it's in our fingerprint system. So Carol could not use the register that I was standing at. Since her fingerprint wasn't on that computer...So I asked him then why didn't she asked me if I needed to be helped or Tell me to come to that next register ? His response I don't know why she didn't help you.and walked away back to the kitchen window. I'm sorry but that is not a professional answer to say. I was not offered anything in compensation for the way I was treated. I honestly feel it went out one ear out the other. I must say this is the last visit ever. I have never been so disrespected by a restaurant in my life. It is a shame that this is how your company wants to treats its guests/ customers. After this experience I will never come back to bob Evans ever again and it's a shame because it had nothing to do with the food or servers they do excellent jobs. Bob Evans Restaurants in Jackson, Ohio - Poor customer service

Bridge Street location in Chillicothe, Ohio. I have been here a few times and the service is not that great. Went again on 9/28/2016. It was not very busy at lunchtime. We had to wait quite awhile for a hostess. One appeared and was not friendly. We hadn't reached the table when she dropped the menus and left. She then went and sat 2 guys who she then immediately asked for their drink order. We saw at least 2 other tables seated after us who received their drinks and food way before us and we only ordered salad. When our salads came, the chicken on the wildfire chicken salad was extremely cold. Neither of the waitresses working on that side of the restaurant were friendly unless there was a guy at the table. This is my last time going there.

Discrimination. Me and my husband are hispanic and of larger sizes. We went for breakfast at fredericksburg rt 3 BE. The hostes told us to put our names on list. That our table was bei,g cleanrd. There were many 4 person tables empty. I asked her why we couldnt sit at one of those tables. She again said our table was being cleaned off. There was another couple that came in right after us. White couple. The hostess called our name. The manager took the other couple to a 4 person table while wr were sat at a 2 person table. I had to move the table away from the next table to sit down without bumping into them. Then 3 more couples came in just after us. Couples of 2 people. 2 white couples and a black couple. They were sat at tables for 4 people. We were the first to get seated. Then everyone else was sat. At bigger tables. When i saw that it was ok to seat the other couples at a bigger table but not us i was angry. Even though i asked hostess if we could sit at a 4 person table. She was very rude and seemed agitated that i asked. My husband said something to our waitress. She eas very nice. She moved us to a bigger table and told us this was not the first complaint that hostess has had. Our waitress told the mgr what happened but he never came to our table. We eat there a few times a month. But willl never go back. Today is 2-6-16. We were in at 1130 am.

Soooooo what your saying is that the food has been terrible there for YEARS, yet you keep going back at least once a week....? Wow- how about that if the place sucks that bad-- STOP GOING ***.

Clearly they can't make anything up to your standards. So go somewhere else for breakfast or, how about you make your own breakfast so you KNOW it will be good.

today dec 9 2015 my mom and me dropped into bob evans for lunch.well to start our sever took 15 minutes to take our order! then when she was there taking our order she was in a rush!

well im hard at hearing and was trying to understand what she was saying then I looked up and she was rolling her eyes! so I just went with the soup combo well as she walked away my daughter over heard her say ***! I wanted to call the manger over but my daughter asked me not too.the severs name was michelle v and to top it off we waited ten more minutes to get refills!

she was too busy laughing and cutting up with the other sever.and she needs to cover her tattoos very distasteful to see with families around. we will never return again!

Hostess must have also been cook, as she finally appeared from kitchen direction after several minutes to seat us. Then, it took ages for a server to appear - who promised to return shortly. After several more minutes, she did. After order placed, it must have been 30 minutes before any of it was delivered. Five people, including two children. Most complicated order: my cobb salad. In order to finally leave, we waited several more minutes for hostess to appear to take our money. Oh, did I say? Don't know what the staffer were doing, as there were hardly any diners in the place.
