Tried to get a carry out order with a new waitress. Took 3 waitress to give my order.

10 min later. Husband picked up the order and it was wrong. Called the manager Steve and he blew me off stating he had 2 new waitress I told him that was not my fault. Does that make it okay that the order is wrong because you have new waitress?

Nothing worse than getting home and you have a wrong order. Told me not to call Corporate because all they would do is send me a coupon.

Very disappointed in Bob Evans service. Where are the good old days when service was the number one thing BE prided themselves with.

Here's a novel concept-- CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. Especially if you had such a hard time in actually getting the order in, common sense would dictate checking the *** thing before you hauled it home.
