My wife and I and sister in law were asked to have a seat and wait. We asked for a table, and there were EMPTY tables, and it was going to be a few minutes.

I asked why i could not be seated directly and host said it was the managers rule for us to wait......WHY? It was NOT crowded, and there was no one waiting in line. I don't understand this rule....I asked the manager and he said he had to wait for waitress to get ready....made no sense.

Over the weekend I went to Cracker Barrel, Frisch's, and local restaurant called The Barn, all three had open table too and they all three directly seated me and my wife.....what is this rule at Bob's, to make you wait so you can buy shirts, hats, etc....or was this manager incompetent?

If this locations profits are down, NOW you know why. I they are not, they will soon will be trending south.
