arrived sunday oct 15th at avon, ohio bob evans at 1:30pm. Seated and order taken...at 2:10pm no food or silverware....complained to front counter girl and saw her tell manager....2:18 approached waiter John and gave him 20 dollars for drinks.... he was angry and claimed we had only waited 15 minutes.....nope waited 50 minutes for everything and surrounded by people eating who arrived well after us.....the manager never came over even though we asked for one to talk to us....our waiter was angry and rude to us.....we were all watching the time because our child had to work at 4pm.....arriving at 1:30 and leaving at 2:20 without service and rude behavior is unacceptable
