This store location used to be good but, it has gone to s! This is the third (3rd) time Ive picked up in the last few months and every time, there is something wrong with the order.

I specifically said, NO tomatoes and what do you do, put freaking tomatoes on my order. What part of this did you not understand?. And to make matters worse, as I approached the counter/register, no one even acknowledged me after several minutes until I had to clear my throat. Keep this in mind, there were five (5) girls gathered around just talking and laughing.

Then some lady who may have been a manager walked out and she started a conversation with the girls (ladies if professional) all while Im standing there waiting to pickup a prepaid order. Finally, I heard her say, has this gentleman been helped. Shortly afterwards, some girl yelled, Ill be with you shortly. Once I got to my car, I checked the order and noticed 4-1/2 leaves on top of one omelette however, I couldnt see inside the omelettes until I got home.

My wife discovered tomatoes on her omelette and the receipt shows No Tomatoes. The sad thing about this is, someone drew a line through the No Tomatoes as if to say, the order had been checked. I then checked my omelette and found no spinach inside the omelette just the 4 1/2 leaves on top of it. This is what one would call Poor Customer Service.

In addition to this, no jelly was added to the order. This store needs to whipped back in shape starting with management.

It seems that every time a manager gets fired or quit, you replace them with one even worse. Maybe your H R departure needs a wake up call as well.

Food poisoning

I picked up the roasted turkey meal for me and my mom on February 7th. After eating it we both got sick (Food poisoning. Throwing up and diarrhea for the last 2-3 days non stop. Until all of the bad food was out of our system. We were fine until we ate this meal. Please check your food upon feeding your customers. Harmarville, Pa 15238

Friday night Dec.2 2022, Westerville ohio, Huber Village dr. 43081.

My wife,mother and I went to the above mentioned restaurant as it is very near our residence as we have for decades, in fact the restaurant is known as a westerville staple.

All our neighbors frequent the restaurant. Lately, past several months, the quality of food and service is in serious decline.

The 3 of us were seated after a 10 minute wait with many tables available and several patrons still in wait.

45 minutes later with no wait staff addressing our table i inquired what was the problem? I was told our waitress had a panic attack and went home? Why i was told this was a mystery?

Im not a doctor, im a decades long patron. In the mean time a man possibly the M O D was running around asking another employee to call Ken . Im quite pissed off as a decades old customer that myself as well as my wife and mother where treated in such a fashion. Intent on eating Bob Evans we went to Bush boulevard store.

W T F ? 30 mins for food that was cold.

I determined the bush blvd store must be used as a public restroom bus stop due to the heavy foot trafic coming in and out of the restroom.

Yeah, i used to eat breakfast at busch bl back in high school with the work program class at Thomas Worthington. Good times.

Shocking Customer Service at restaurant

Tired of the stupidity at the S. High St.

location, in Columbus OH. With 5 or 6 tables occupied, after waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, we were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait to even get a table. I told the hostess, "Why?! There's no one here.

There's no sense in this. Guess we'll find somewhere to eat, that wants our business". Her reply---"Fine. Bye!".

Then, she walked back to the kitchen. Obviously, we left, and went across the street to Ponderosa. This location just keeps getting worse all the time. I'M DONE WITH TRYING TO EAT HERE.

Actually, this was the fourth (4th) time we've either been blown off, or just plain walked out of this location. You can't get a table, you can't get any service. And, you know what? NO ONE---I MEAN NO ONE, from the waitresses, the management, or the CEO, gives a rats *** about any of this.

Do us all a favor---close the doors! This is NOTHING like what Bob himself had intended for this place to be. Congratulations!

You've completely blown apart another American icon. You're an embarrassment to your industry.

The restroom was very filthy. I asked when it was last possibly cleaned. They said daily, but if you look at this bathroom, I don’t think it’s been cleaned in weeks.

I went to this restaurant with my daughter and a friend needed to wash my hands. When did the bathroom it smelled looked around. You could see filth all over. It was on the urinal on the walls or on the sink you could see the floors was not cleaned. I work at Church Camps in the kitchen and I know from going through food handling classes were clean this is I could not believe what I seen at this restaurant.

First of all Ive been waiting since last Tuesday which would be November 7 I was supposed to be issued a refund of 40 some dollars back to my card have yet to receive that also two weeks in a row they forgot the biscuits that go with the biscuits and gravy and also hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and pancakes and manager was extremely rude has no business working with the public

Complaint about hostess katelyn

katelyn is not very friendly and seems to have an attitude problem she likes to triple seat the servers and des not accomodate guests very nicely... she is rude as *** pardon my french ...i was waiting for a table and watching her and i couldbt stand it no more i had to leave..i cant believe they would hire someone so rude to deal with guests like that find another position for her like washing dishes...

Bad experience!

This was supposed to be a thank you to veterans for their service. I am so thankful that the service of all of our veterans was better than the service we received tonight, November 11, at our local Bob Evans Restaurant.

There was another couple who was seated at the same time as we were. They had eaten their meal and were leaving while we were still waiting for our food to be served. And when it was served, my husbands (he was the veteran) meal had more things wrong with the order than it had right. The free meal was not worth the wait.

They actually should have paid us to eat it. It will be a long time before we will be ready to go back to Bob Evans, and we live close by and had been fairly regular customers.

Veteran's Day! Freedom is not free nor was the meal!

Good food, not a bad wait time either. My son who served ONG infantry, ordered pancakes at about 5:30 because only country fried steak was the only meal to choose from not being breakfast.

He always likes blueberry topping on them.also came with sausage he did not want or eat.) We asked if we could pay the difference when I went to register. A girl asked her manger and he said no. Never showed his face. My son always buys my meal anyway.

I had the pot roast. So with a coffee and 2 carmel lattes(he loves), my veteran son paid around 30.00. Beechmont Ave., Anderson in Cincinnati.

no one argued. Just left a little disappointed.

The website allows you to order a hot thanksgiving feast to pick up thanksgiving day.. sounds great right well i decided to call 2 different stores to confirm and was told not possible to pick ip prepared meals hot thanksgiving day . So be warned if you ordered for pick up thanksgiving day a hot meal feast it wont happen . I have a feeling there's gonna be alot of very upset people.

We ordered fried chicken meals with corn and mashed potatoes, the corn came cold, and chicken was overdone very dark way past golden brown and my husband's was pink in the middle. We brought it to the waiters attention and his reply was "oh do you want me to make an adjustment...". Really ???so when we PAID the 30.28$$ for eating mashed potatoes and corn also expressed or our disappointment when we PAID our 30.28 bill. She also just responded with oh I'm sorry that's to bad...Really!!!
