Praise for good service at Celina OH Bob Evans

The GM Makayla Leonard was very nice and caring when our meal arrived under cooked. She made corrections and didn't charge us for our meals. We eat often at that Bob Evans. She is new as a manager, and we think she will be an asset to the restaurant. Janet Gibson, St. Marys OH

Ruined my Thanksgiving

I ordered three turkey and gravy meals for Thanksgiving early in the morning to be delivered at 2 oclock three door dash or GrubHub whoever they were contacted me three times because my order was never ready they had to wait there forever and I ended up canceling my order my brother who I dont see that often was my only guest my husband and I were very upset we ended up eating beans and weenies not a very good Thanksgiving when we had a great meal planned I eat at Bob Evans all the time and I am very disappointed I talk to the manager the next day because you could never get a hold of anybody they never answer their phones and that was the Georgesville Rd., Evans, in Columbus, Ohio I hope theres something you can do about this sincerely Kimberly Baker The manager was no help
